I use a special oil to dry nail polish - sally hansen makes it.
It works really well, and its all of 2 bucks.
Baby oil will do the same, but I dont know how you would be able to get that on without smudging. How can you make nail polish dry faster?
There is this great product I found at my local Sally Beauty Supply called ';Out The Door';. It's a top coat that makes nail polish ( even if there are multiple coats) Dry in minutes and it does not smudge. It also gives your nail a great shine. It totally works and is super cheap. They have it at most beauty supply stores but here is a link. I have been using it for years it rules!!!!

Avon NAIL EXPERTS Liquid Freeze Quick Dry Spray
Nail polish dryer. I use Seche Vite or one of the brush on dryers by Revlon, Sally Hansen Hard as Nails or one of those spray on nail dryers.
I had the same problem until i found the OPI rapid dry spray it claims dry nails in 60 seconds
Blow dry it. If you do it on the cool setting of your dryer it goes even quicker.
Use a small fan like most nail technicians do
cold running water, will dry very quick
ooh put oil on them, but a pecial kind like for nails of hair...not for food
deep your nails into cold water for 60 seconds. this really works!
