What is the best way to dry polished nails quickly?

i usually use a floor fan that i have but sometimes the polish still isnt fully done drying and it smudges or moves. is there any other better way?What is the best way to dry polished nails quickly?

The Maybelline speed dry polish works really well for me. I don't get the gouges, or the peeled back look with that!

buy the kind that says 60 second polish or quick dry polish - they dry very quickly
Paint your nails are usual and when you are done, dip your fingers in ice water, leave in for 30 seconds. This may sound risky.... but it works
There is this special fan at a nail spa. Just call a nail spa and ask if you can order one or ask where you can get one. Never but the 60 second one it doesn't work
