Assuming the material isn't very delicate, I would use a very sharp knife and gently go over the area until it's mostly gone. Then I'd get some tweezers and take the rest off. You can also try using straight Acetone, but test an inconspicuous spot on the clothing if you go that route. Also, immediately wash the clothing afterward.What is the best way to get out dried on nail varnish from clothes?
