I think you're posting in the wrong section. This is a more science related question. You're in Makeup %26amp; Beauty. We don't care WHAT makes the nail polish dry. We just care about WHEN it will dry. ;-)
let it dry for maybe five minutes, then spray Pam cooking oil on it. After that, try LIGHTLY rinsing your nails in freezing cold water under the sink.
