Go to sally's and buy a spray that dries your nails fast. I dunno the name just ask the ppl that work there. They only sell like one or two kinds so they will know what u need.

I worked at a salon and the manicurists always put cuticle oil on my nails to help them dry.
First, get fast-drying nail polish.


You could always blow on them, but then you'd get dizzy after a bit. Or, you could extend your arms and run around waving them back and forth, you might look like a fool, but it'd work.
Hold them in front of a fan or wave them in the air. Plus I think it is L'Oreal that has 60 second nail polish. It's name says it all. It claims that it dries in 60 seconds. I didn't get any because I was feeling broke at the time, but I would like too. Hope that helps!
