Stop eating table salt and triple your intake of water. At least 6 qts. a day for the next 6 months
Burt's Bees cuticle cream. Apply it every night I LOVE THE STUFF!!

Go to Sally Beauty Supply and look for Nail Matrix is a cuticle oil, apply it and give a small massage, use it daily . Also look for a bottle of vitamin E oil.
Lotion, lotion, lotion... At night you can put lotion on and wear gloves to sleep. But if you get hot when you sleep like me try putting cuticle oil on your cuticles everyday. One drop on each. Another thing when you get out of the shower try pushing your cuticles back with a towel while they are still moist and you will see changes within a month. good luck.
get a manicure with a parafin wax treatment or put oil on them twice a day (olive oil, vegetable oil, etc...)
When you go to the nail salon and they

';oil'; your cuticles(before pushing them back or trimming) it is only baby oil and that works pretty well.I also use Sally Hansen Vitamin E Moisturizing Nail and Cuticle Oil in between visits.
