some nail polish is thick, which is gross. i've put nail polish on and it, like never drys. its gross, and sticky.
dont put a thick coat on, just a thin one, let it dry. and do another. just blow on it. and shake your hands. if your that impatient that you can't wait 3 minutes for your nails to dry, then you shouldn't paint them at alL! :P haha

it only takes a couple minutes.
or blow on it, shake it, or
put it in front of a fan
Blow on your fingers and shake your hands.
Hair blower would be the fastest......
