How can i completely dry my nail polish?

i just painted them not to long ago and they feel dry and seem dry, but if i have them pressed up against something it will warp the nail polish and make it weird, is there any way to make them completely dry so i dont have to worry?

example: if i were to hold my finger on them for a minute or so it would leave a fingerprint..How can i completely dry my nail polish?
Dip your finger tips in a bowl of really cold water. NOT a running faucet it will mess up the polishHow can i completely dry my nail polish?
Apply the nail paint, wait for a minute and hold it under cold water or dip it in cold water for a few seconds. Wipe it carefully and check. It should be dry.
OPI drip dry is an amazing product that will dry your nails in about 60 seconds so that smudging doesn't occur.
Your nail polish might be a little thick. so add just a tad of nail polish remover to it, shake it up really good. then paint them agian. THEN maybe run them under cold water also helps dry them.
OPI drip dry is good. Also, Seche Vite top coat will dry very quickly. There are also spray-on ';nail polish drying'; stuff in a can.
you can get a fan or something. thats what i do when im doing my nails ! and it works (:
